Denna helt nya, helrenoverade lägenhet (sex år i arbetet), beläget nära den berömda Shop Therapy på Commercial Street, är den perfekta platsen att stanna för din nästa resa till Provincetown. Gå av gatan i den coolaste gränden i världen, med otroligt färgglada väggmålningar av valar, drakar, sjöjungfrur, fåglar och mycket mer. När du går in i lägenheten kommer du att bli förvånad över den ljusa, rena och stilfulla inredningen. Från de vackra trägolv och trappor till helt nya apparater och inredning, och naturligtvis - konst, kommer du att veta att du är på rätt ställe. Bottenvåningen har ett öppet kök / matsal / vardagsrum, inklusive vardagsrum med gott om soffa sittplatser och en väggmonterad platt-TV, ny matsal med sittplatser för fem, sovrum med dubbelsäng och eget badrum, och ett annat badrum med en tvättmaskin / torktumlare combo. Overall was a good stay, amazing location on Commercial Street near heart of everything and yet removed a bit behind the alley making it quieter overall. Was not happy with getting message the day before saying the washing machine was broken and they didn’t offer anyone to come fix it. They offered to cover dry cleaning fees but because of the timing and how busy Ptown was for carnival this was not realistic (for us nor the companies we inquired with). Also a basic consideration for leaving more towels and sheets since the machine was inoperable would have been nice (one towel per person for the entire stay was not ideal).The living room setup leaves a bit to be desired couch is very small; a sectional might have made better use of the space. Also having both bathrooms on the main floor and none upstairs was less ok than we expected. Check out time by 9am is a bit ridiculous as well. Overall decent stay, would definitely not seek the place out again but would not be super upset if it was all that was left to stay in. Additionally, the company itself and lack of consideration will have me booking elsewhere next year.

Wonderful Stay

This property was fantastic—super clean, well-maintained, and centrally located in the heart of Provincetown. It was stocked with all the essentials (toilet paper, towels, fresh linens, etc.), which made settling in really easy. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and the overall experience was wonderful from start to finish. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Ptown.

Solid P-Town Condo

Pros: Great central location right off Commercial street near MacMillian Pier. Internet was fast for working during day. Beds are comfortable. Patio is a nice area for afternoon cocktails. Cons: House could have been cleaner and better maintained from a cosmetic perspective (lots of dog hair in carpets and on furniture covers from a past guest, there was paint peeling in the bathrooms, etc).

Best Location & Stay in Province

First time in Provincetown and made perfect by staying at A Whale’s Tale! It was so clean, modern and very comfy beds. Everything was as seen in pics and as described. We didn’t have any issues but the hosts were checking in and attentive. We actually really didn’t know how great the location really was until we got there and started on our outings. The path that you go to when arriving at the condo has quite the story and is very artistic. I highly recommend this vacation rental, you will not be disappointed and won’t want to leave!

A great stay in the heart of Ptown

This property was perfect for our Carnival Trip. Located behind Shop Therapy and just steps away from MacMillan Pier it’s extremely convenient for those taking the Boston ferry. We also enjoyed being close to the CVS and the Portuguese Bakery with just a short walk to night life in West End. The condo was spacious and well appointed. The beds were comfortable. The only minor complaint we had were the bedroom skylights didn’t appear to have any shade or way to block the sun coming in for those that wanted to sleep a bit longer. Otherwise everything was great and check-in was a breeze.

Loved the location

Property was as described!! Beautifully kept home, very clean. KILLER location. The company is very responsive to questions and concerns. They aren’t kidding, though, when they tell you that they only leave enough paper products for one or two days. Be ready to buy extra tp and paper towels. The backyard space could use an umbrella/shade and better cushions for the chairs (it was so sunny and hot we couldn’t use the back yard as we’d have liked to). All in all, an enjoyable experience!! Thanks!!

Our last minute trip to PTown.

The unit was very clean other than some carpet stains. The only real negative was that we were anxious to sit outside and have a glass of wine in the courtyard. It was terrible and NOTHING like pics. I realize it is early in the season but we should have been told that it was in such poor shape and not a single chair to sit.

Within 5-10 min walk of everything you want to see and do in PTown. Plenty of room, beds comfy, all amenities available, adequate kitchen. Only critique: patio area very overgrown, not private, very messy, definitely not as pictured in property summary photos.

Center of the Action!

This location was tremendous for easy access to the center of P-Town. The property was well maintained and comfortable for 5 adults, with nice furniture and artwork. Full kitchen and nice appliances, although the kitchen equipment and knives were barely adequate. The beds and bedding were first rate, although we were dismayed to find that both bathrooms were on the first floor. One was lovely..situated as an ensuite connected to one of the private bedrooms. But the other was basically the laundry room, outfitted with a stall shower and toilet. Two of the three bedrooms are on the second floor - and with no bathroom up there, the three guests sleeping on the second floor were designated to use that "multi-use" bathroom....but all five guests were in and out of that space to do laundry . Privacy was out the window. Unless you are vacationing as a family or a group of friends who were very comfortable together, this property might not be optimal. One suggestion for the owners..the broken down stairs/deck at the entrance was very unsightly..would be great to upgrade that entrance to reflect the level of this pretty apartment.

Great Location in Provincetown

We loved our time at the Del Mar. The house is charming, in a great location, very clean and the hosts were very responsive to all our questions. We definitely plan to book it again when we visited P'town next year.
