Remodeled 1890's Historic House. 3 Levels of modern luxury, paired with old world charm. Sleek new kitchen with ice maker, upscale range, beautiful fridges, bright tiled baths with rainfall showers, custom art throughout, down comforter beds, sonos throughout, reclaimed wide planked hardwood floors, outdoor patio with gas grill, views of the monument, two home office setups and much more.

Our home is right near town hall, landlocked and nestled just off Commercial Street. Step out into the center of town on a cute shell path and enjoy everything colorful Provincetown has to offer. Quiet, charming, easy to access all that Ptown has to offer, walking distance to bars, restaurants, nightlife and close enough to walk to the wharf for those traveling by ferry.

Such a wonderful week! The house had everything we needed. We loved having access to the grill and little front deck. Cannot beat the location!

Amazing location in the center of town!

If you're looking for your Ptown home away from home, you've come to the right property! Location location location! Despite being in right in the middle of town, the house was quiet and peaceful (and the beds were super comfortable). Tommy was incredibly responsive and a great resource for recommendations in the area. He's made sure the house is stocked with almost everything one could need for the week. We' definitely recommend booking with him.

Amazing stay in Ptown

We had such a wonderful time at Tommy’s place. It was perfect for a group. It was so quiet for sleeping in, such great showers, and great overall stay in Ptown. We will be staying here again and highly recommend.

Perfect P-Town Location

This was our family's first trip to Provincetown and we could not have picked a better spot. The house is centrally located to everything and despite the Commercial Street address, it was a quiet and comfortable for our family. Tommy was incredibly responsive to any questions we had and the recommendation for restaurants and things to do were helpful, especially for those not as familiar with the area (like us).

Great for a group! A+ Location.

This is the 2nd place we've rented in PTown. It is literally right in the middle of everything - but is so quiet on the deck that you would think you're far on the east-end. Beautiful home - fantastic art - great AC - the washer/dryer is a huge perk. Kitchen was great for large group meals. Plenty of communal space to chill. 100% would rent from Tommy again - was super helpful and offered all kinds of great recommendations for places to go/eat/things to do.

We had a really wonderful week at Tommy's house. Cozy but spacious, modern appliances, lovely front deck. Just great vibes all around. Quintessential Provincetown Perfection

I've stayed at dozens of vaca-rentals over the years but none have been as pitch-perfect as Tommy's PTown escape. The location, right beside Town Hall, is in the beating heart of town but set back from Commercial so it's always quiet. In six minutes you can walk anywhere you might want to go. The interior is beautifully appointed. The beds and bedding are luxurious, even in the bunk room. The furnishing is stylishly comfortable and there's no Ikea anywhere. The walls are covered in what seems like a retrospective of Provincetown's finest artists' work. From top to bottom the whole house looked like it was ready for an El Decor photoshoot. Tommy has thought of every detail to make your stay as perfect. There are beach towels and umbrellas. High-end, easy-to-use appliances. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you could possibly want. Even the knives are sharp! I only have one complaint and it's huge: the house is so perfect I fear it won't be available the next time I want to visit.
