Far Land, Route 6, Bike Trails, Ace Hardware, Shank Painter Road. Professionellt anlagd gård. Gästerna kan njuta av husets utformning och rummen har integritet. Det stora utomhusutrymmet erbjuder gott om utrymme att sprida ut. Bottenvåningen: vardagsrum, matsal, kök, badkar, sovrum med dubbelsäng, studie med enkelsäng, tvättmaskin / torktumlare.
Expanderbart matbord med massor av extra stolar genom hela huset.
Andra våningen har 2 stora sovrum. 1 med King Size-säng och gott om enkel garderob. Den andra har 2 dubbelsängar med en stor dubbel garderob. Badrum på andra våningen har ett justerbart duschhuvud och en stor garderob. Utanför finns en mycket stor utomhusdusch med bänk. Gasgrill. Det finns ett bekvämt trädäck när du går ut ur köket med ett steg ner till en stor stenpatio med bord och stolar som enkelt kan få plats för 8 personer.
Stor uppfart med parkering för 4+ bilar. Strandstolar och parasoller finns tillgängliga för hyresgäster. Hyran inkluderar handdukar, sängkläder och städning av hus.

This house and property are absolutely amazing, perfect quiet location near the center of all the action on commercial street and very close to the beach. We enjoyed many evenings on the patio and the beach gear came in so clutch. Our small pup loved the yard and property too.Description and pictures are accurate although I’d argue the gardens and renovations are beautiful and well cared for. The house comes fully stocked with everything you may need including a BBQ and equipment.Carlos and Fernando are excellent hosts very communicative and responsive, would recommend this property. We’ll be coming back!

Great Property and Hosts

This was a clean, modern, well-maintained property. The owners were very communicative anytime we had questions. The property is a short walk to Commercial St. and the heart of Ptown. Very comfy beds. Nice outdoor space. Would definitely stay again.

Great Ptown Stay

This house was such a great find for our trip to Ptown. The location of the house is walkable to everything in the center of town so long as you don't mind a brief part of it not having sidewalks. The house itself has a lovely yard and inside had plenty of space for our group!

One of my favorite rentals ever

The vibe is so fun and so tasteful at the same time. The gardening is gorgeous, the decor and furniture were striking, the colors are happy, the space is ample, and not coincidentally, my family and I had a delightful long weekend in P-Town. Rainy weekend in Probincetiwn

Despite an extremely rainy three days in Provincetown during a northeaster- incredible rain and wind- we were very comfortable in Carlos’ house. Good location, comfortable beds, lovely garden, which we would have been happy to enjoy if it hadn’t been so wet. One caveat: because there are no overhangs over the side entrance, every time we opened that door the rain came in, and if we entered through that door it was impossible not to track in water and dirt.

Great house and so convenient!

This lovely home is spacious and convenient to town with a wonderful yard and gardens. It is well equipped for cooking or just relaxing with take-out (lots of nearby restaurants). Clean and well set-up (with towels and sheets). Good space for one well behaved dog. One disappointment was that the listing says there's a hot tub - there is not. We will consider coming back!

Girls’ Weekend

This was the perfect place for our girls’ weekend. Great location within walking distance of Commercial Street and nice and cozy when we had a rainy afternoon. The dryer was key after getting caught in a downpour. Five stars!

Fun Family Getaway

Home is close to commerce street where most of the restaurants and shops are located. It's a nice easy walk. Ample parking for three vehicles. Every thing we needed were supplied. Enjoyed our stay.

Nice house, Great Location

The measure of a good vacation rental is the number of times it was necessary to communicate with the host. Our two night stay required only one such message for a very minor matter. Carlos' house was a perfect place for our family trip to Provincetown for a wedding. Plenty of room for three couples and the four grandkids. The house was clean and bright and well located for our forays into town. Just one note: I received conflicting notices about the entry code ... resulting in a bit of confusion and frustration. But overall a minor inconvenience and a great stay. Special thanks to Carlos for accomodating us so we wouldn't be late for the late Saturday afternoon wedding. Very helpful and much appreciated.

Perfect Stay in PTown

My friends and I stayed at this house this past weekend, and it was perfect for us! Plenty of room for everyone, the house was very nice, the outdoor area was great, and the location was perfect - quiet street away from it all and under 10 minutes you could walk to town. The house looks great in the pictures, but it’s actually better in person. I would definitely stay here again! Carlos was very easy to reach and always responded right away. If you’re looking for a great place to stay in Provincetown, this is it!

Wonderful place in ptown!!

Traveled with some friends (including a toddler) and stayed at this wonderful home. So many great amenities, amazing location close to everything, without feeling like you were in the middle of the hustle and bustle. So many incredible little touches. Couldn’t have asked for a better place, would stay here again in a heartbeat if we can!

Lovely PTown home in great location

We loved our stay in Carlos' fantastic home. It's walking distance to Commercial Street and MacMillan Wharf, but just far enough that you don't have to worry about the bustle or the noise of downtown. The house was comfortable and well-appointed with everything we needed for our stay. My family especially loved the outdoor shower in their gorgeous yard (even though we visited in early fall). Book this house if it's available!
