Du kommer aldrig vilja lämna denna fantastiska tillflyktsort! Välkommen till Tidewatch, en underbar översta våningen 1BR / 1BA condo bortgjuten i Provincetown nära West End med fantastisk utsikt över vattnet och direkt tillgång till stranden. Denna mycket välutrustade fastighet ligger på översta våningen i en fyra-enhet tre våningar byggnad i en lugn och vänlig bostadsrättsförening bekvämt beläget på Commercial Street. Platsen, undanstoppad av gatan bakom Monument Barbershop och Pop + Dutch, kan inte vara beat - West End, waterfront och en kort promenad till så många Provincetown hot spots - 1 minuters promenad till Boatslip, 2 minuters promenad till Joe Coffee & Cafe, 3 minuter till Spiritus Pizza, etc. Du kommer att kunna komma till / från centrum av staden på bara 10-12 minuter där du hittar otaliga restauranger, nattliv, shopping, gallerier, färjor etc.

Nyligen uppdaterad för säsongen 2019, har denna semesterplats många uppdateringar, inklusive alla nya möbler och inredning ut och in, renoverat badrum och har nymålats. I det huvudsakliga bostadsområdet hittar du ett öppet koncept vardagsrum / matsal / kök med katedraltak med utsikt över taket, stranden och hamnen. Det finns helt nya kvarts bänkskivor på en överdimensionerad bar med plats för fyra för en avslappnad måltid och / eller cocktailtid. I köket ingår också gott om förvaringsutrymme, diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn, spis och full-size kyl / frys med ismaskin. Köket har också ett marmorbord i mitten av århundradet och svängstolar i en söt frukostkrog. Vardagsrummet har en snygg läder sväng stol och ottoman samt en bekväm soffa med schäslong mot en stor skjutdörr med däck tillgång och fantastisk utsikt över Provincetown hamn. Ned en kort hall är en annan dörr till däck, det nyrenoverade badrummet och ett mysigt sovrum. Badrummet har en rymlig duschkabin, fönster och förvaring i fåfänga / medicinskåp. Sovrummet är utrustat med en bekväm queen size-säng och rymlig garderob. Direkt utanför enheten hittar du ett däck med exklusivt bruk med ett stort matbord och stolar med paraply som bekvämt har plats för en grupp om 6 för middag. Du kommer att älska att tidvattnet kommer in och ut samt aktiviteter i hamnen!

Det finns också tvättmöjligheter på plats, tilldelad parkering för en bil, och den bästa funktionen hos alla: Tillgång till föreningens BEACH FRONT-däck med matbord och solstolar på sandstranden i Provincetowns vackra hamn. Detta hem har smakfullt inrättats med kvalitets sängkläder, glas och köksredskap samt duktlös tvåzoners luftkonditionering, trådlöst internet med hög hastighet och kabel-tv - allt du behöver för en avkopplande, bekväm och minnesvärd vistelse. Efter en semester här kommer du säkert att komma tillbaka till Tidewatch år efter år!

The view was perfect. The coziness was awesome in the apartment, stepping out to the balcony and looking at the beach the water it was romantic and common. Tony has a beautiful place and he goes out of his way to make you feel extremely welcome.

Check-in was very easy. Property owners set a code of your choice for the deadlock so that you don’t have to worry about holding onto a key. Just enough overall space to be perfectly comfortable. The location is absolutely perfect for walkability to all of the activities…especially if you enjoy the afternoon Tea Dance and a morning coffee at Joe’s, the most popular coffee joint in town.

Beautiful property in great location!

The unit was spotless, well appointed, and had everything we needed for a wonderful mid-week stay. Located just off Commercial Street with lovely views of the harbor and a private deck, this unit was close to perfect and exactly as depicted in the photos—only better! Parking was onsite and Tony was an outstanding host, checking in often to ensure we had everything we needed and offer thoughtful suggestions to make our stay even better. Thanks so much, Tony! The condo, “Tidewater” is a really nice place in a great location. The owner was super helpful and friendly. The kitchen was well-equipped and there is a nice outdoor space. I’d definitely recommend it.

Provincetown Stay

My spouse and I went to Provincetown, the place we met, for our 24th anniversary. We could not picked a lovelier place to stay. The condo was modern yet cozy and was immaculately kept. Our host Tony was communicative throughout out stay which was much appreciated. I would highly recommend this beautiful condo on the bay to anyone wishing for a quiet stay while being so close to everything P-town has to offer.

Best Location

We loved the location of the property and the ability to be outside on the deck with great views of the bay and the access to the beach. Bathroom and kitchen fixtures are high end and very functional. Parking directly below the unit was very convenient.

Just perfect

Tony was great. That’s a given. We thought the apartment was so comfortable. Enjoyed the view. Location fantastic. Used the chaises and lovely area on the beach just for residents. Never too busy. The pricing of this unit fluctuates wildly relating to the seasons and weekends so look further out if it seems out of range. Our stay was perfect.

Everything We Hoped For

Great vacation rental! We loved this property which had everything we needed for a great week in Ptown. Clean, beautifully furnished, comfortable, with a lovely deck and great view of the water. There was plenty of closet space and room for our stuff. The kitchen was great for food prep and we easily found anything needed. (First rental we've ever had with sharp knives!) We had great communication with the owner, who went out of his way to make sure things went smoothly. The shared beachfront deck was never crowded and I we had our choice of where to sit or lounge. It was great having parking on site. Would love to return!

Everything that you could wish for!!!

My husband and I were extremely happy with our stay. Tony was an A+++ Host. We had everything that we could wish for! The suite was very well equipped. Cooking supplies, toiletries, fluffy towels, and a very comfortable bed. The special touches like the cafe lights on the deck, the beach towels, and even a noise maker on the side of the bed (which we did not need to use as it was tucked away and very peaceful). The deck down by the water has very comfortable chaise lounges, and the light hitting the boats took our breath away! What a beautiful place... We will absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to our friends. :)

In the heart of P’town

This beautiful ocean side condo is even more beautiful than the pictures show. It is located on the Main Street of Provincetown and there is no need to get in your car if you want to experience the town. Tony is the most conscientious host we have had. Beautiful Waterfront Condo

I can’t decide on the best feature of this beautiful waterfront condo. Perhaps it is the condo’s ideal location - conveniently situated on Commercial Street just steps away from the action, while at the same time located right on the beach with gorgeous views of the Provincetown Harbor. Maybe it is the condo itself - immaculate, updated, upscale and contains everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Or maybe it is the host, Tony. He is communicative, welcoming, knowledgeable, and he provided the most spot-on recommendations for dinners, activities and excursions. Thank you, Tony - we can’t wait to return!

Amazing spot and communication

This was a last-minute booking but we hit the jackpot. The unit was clean, modern, and had plenty of space for us. Great bed, kitchen, living room - modern appliances, AC, etc. Great private deck with a lovely view and steps away from the bay beach, Commercial St/Tea Dance/restaurants, and easy going to the larger beach. Tony was an excellent communicator, and was so flexible with multiple requests. Would 100% stay here again if we're lucky to find an opening, and would recommend to others for certain. Thanks Tony!

AMAZING!

We have stayed in Ptown a few times before but this time we were celebrating my Husbands 50th. We wanted a more centralized location to stay and be closer to the beach. Tidewatch fit the bill and then some. The Condo size, layout, cleanliness, and decor was perfect. The Condo is portrayed exactly how the photos are on the site. Sitting outside each morning drinking our coffee on the top deck right outside the door of the condo was exactly what we were looking for. There is a new retractable awning with lights that overhangs the outside table that was perfect on hot or raining days. The other deck on the beach was amazing and fun to people watch on the beach. The last few places we stayed in Ptown the shower were always small but Tidewatch was perfect. Our host’s hospitality was more than amazing. He reached out prior and checked in during our trip via text to make sure we had everything we needed. Communicating with him was fun and answered any and all questions we had right away. The best trip we have ever had in Ptown and give the Condo 5 stars and the Host 5 stars! Thank you Tony!!!

Pretty Darn Perfect in Every Possible Way!

My partner and I have been coming to Ptown for the past 25 years and have rented quite a few different places over the years. Tidewatch ranks right at the top of our Provincetown accommodations and Tony is certainly the best and most helpful host we have ever dealt with. The condo is bright, clean, plenty spacious, superbly equipped, so comfortable and welcoming, and in a great location. The view of the harbor from the nice-sized deck is amazing and the complex has its own large deck right next to the beach with numerous, very comfy chaise longes. During our two week stay, it was always a treat to return to Tidewatch after an outing! Both before and after our arrival, i had questions for Tony and he always responded in a very timely, informative and friendly manner. He is just a great guy! For as long as Tidewatch is available to rent, we plan to return every summer as we can not imagine finding any spot we could possibly enjoy more!
