“Location was great, central to many things. The Loft is updated and very comfortable, with new appliances. One of our favorite features was the different sizes of ice from the freezer! We found it to be very clean and parking was never a problem. I was wondering if noise would be an issue with the downtown location, but it wasn’t. We did find a couple of the bedrooms allowed too much light in through the windows for our liking, but we’re pretty sensitive and bring sleeping masks with us anyway....

“I stayed here for a conference when the hotel was booked. I could easily walk to the conference at Marriot or BYU and a grocery store was across the street. The unit was clean and had coffee and shampoo and conditioner. I would stay there again.”

“Loved the location. It was close to BYU and all the activities for our stay. Very comfortable and had all the amenities to make our stay nice. One of the cleanest properties I've stayed at.”

“There was an odd sour smell in the entry and stairway, but the apartment was fine. Very hot weather but the ac worked great. Good bed. ”

“I liked the area of town, I even liked the suite itself. What I didn't like was the blinds that were not dark enough to cut the light fromt he street light so I put pillows in the windows in order to sleep. the other thing was the lack of internet. I was there for business and wanted internet in the room, which it has but it is so slow it was better to go elsewhere. There was supposedly a hard plug for direct connection in each room but I never found it. Had I been there for a weekend getaway...

“We booked this place based on the price and location. It was a busy weekend. We had a dance conference at the convention center and only had to walk 2 blocks. There was also a grocery store and many restaurants within walking distance. ”

“The apartment is extract same as described. It is beautiful and clean. It is in a quiet neighborhood. Sometimes you can hear people walking upstairs and noise in the street. But that is normal and acceptable. Within 5 mins walking distance, there are a lot of restaurants and shops. The closest grocery store is Smith’s which is around 15mins walking. The property manager is nice and supportive.Email response is quick during our stay.”

We were very comfortable and it was great being close to campus as well as the Provo Rec Center across the street.Will definitely stay again when the opportunity arises.”
