“Emma sent us very clear directions and gave us a lovely welcome. Gardener's Cottage is well cared for, comfortable and in a lovely setting. It's is cosy but not cramped. We had a lovely holiday with highlights including Bribham Rocks and Fountains Abbey (both so much more extensive and stunning than we expected), Knaresborough's river Nidd (with stunning viaduct views from the castle and museum), and Harrogate's gardens all the way from the centre to RHS Harlow Carr. Betty's tea rooms deserve...

“Excellent property, ideal for touring the area”

“We loved our stay at Dockenbush Cottage. It was located on a rural property making for a peaceful,relaxing stay. It was comfortably furnished and well equipped with everything you could need for your stay. Graham also included a welcome pack which was much appreciated. Highly recommend this property for a relaxing stay not too far from major towns and villages.”

“Excellent location with pubs serving good food nearby. It will suit very well for anyone with dogs looking at walking in the hills and then relaxing in a lovely hot tub at the end of the garden.”

“This is a fantastic property in a quiet cul-de-sac 10 minutes drive from Wakefield and about 30 minutes from York or Harrogate. The cottage is very well equipped and has everything you need for a great stay. Clean and modern inside ample parking and great views.”

“Beautiful little cottage and a lovely quiet location. Would recommend to anyone. Great communication with owners and would definitely go back. ”

“Well thought out cottage design very well presented but testing for size - just an extra 5% of space would yielded 20% increase in convenience and enjoyment. Hosts and neighbours are excellent. Parking is unusual but workable. As a couple (one Aussie and one Aussie born in Yorkshire) we really enjoyed our time at this cottage and would highly recommend it. Walk to village is 10 minutes and huge number of attractions within 40 mins.”

"Nice hotel with beautiful garden and breakfast area. The staff are amazing but not very cheerful. Especially at breakfast and check in. "

"Terrible experience. Couldn’t sleep all night, because of the itchy bed. Same problem for stepmom in room number two the same night. Neighbour parking is a scam, stayed there 5 minutes and got a fine. No warning from the hotel. The standards is very old and worn down. Would never recommend anyone to stay here. Also, I was only met by arrogance when addressing the issues. If I could give a review with minus score I would."

"Hör får man mycket hotell för pengarna. Vi bodde på nionde våningen med utsikt över stan. Rummet var rent och fint. Något hårda sängar. Jättetrevlig personal. Frukosten är ett sorgebarn. Att kalla den kontinental är en klar överdrift. Nu ingick våran frukost i priset, men betala över åtta pund för den är ett rån."

"På fodbold.rejse til Leeds. Lokation er perfekt, lige ved siden af togstationen, gå afstand til centrum ig til Elland Road (30 min). Dessvärre er bellingenheden tät på togstationen også et problem. Bor du på de lavere etager og har värelse ud mod stationen larmer togene så meget at det kan väre Svärt at sove. Jag havde et värelse på 7. Etage og kunne simpelthen ikke sove pga toget og aircondition aggregaterne på nabo bygningens tag. De var venlige i receptionen og fik mig op på 12. Her var der ro. Rent og fint värelse - eneste minus var trykket på bruseren. Havde jeg haft langt hår ville det ikke väre muligt at vaske hår. "
