“The owners, Mark and Irina are fantastic host. Chef Derek is great. The place is truly serene and amazingly beautiful. The Glass house is very nice. Highly recommended ! My suggestion: Is to have a small microwave and coffee maker. Also, a dolly to transport the luggage’s to the suites. ”

“It’s the second time we stay at this location and its renovation definitely made it prettier and better. They definitely have some of the friendliest staff we’ve encountered at any of our travels: special mention to Pascual at the morning buffet and Abishair at the pool area. Everything is close by, yet very private at the same time, and there’s always enough space to wind down or have a rowdy time for everyone. Can’t wait to go back to this location.”

“From the moment we booked to the time we checked out, the Mamma Loo staff was in constant communication with us. They let me know about prices outside the stay rates beforehand, they helped me arrange a welcome bouquet for my girlfriend, arranged for us to have a grill dinner and took breakfast all the way to our kuchil ( that’s how you say space/home in mayan). Bathroom was clean, dinning area was tidy and the room was nice and comfortable. My girlfriend loved this, she said “ we should do this...

“The apartment was very clean upon arrival, checkin was easy, (keys in a lock box). Lots to see and do everything within walking distance. The beach 5 min walk and a large grocery also 5 min away. If you have mobilty issues this place has 34 steps to walk up to get in. There was no housekeeping and no broom to sweep up all the fallen palapa grass from the roof of the apt which seems to fall daily.”

“Slow service for food. Both in lunch and dinner restaurants. The elevator was broken most of the time though service staff worked on it every other day. Food in general was mixed quality. The Italian restaurant was quite bad. Overcooked meat/pasta/gnocci. Route66 restaurant was super noisy due to really bad acoustics inside.”
