“This is an ideal hotel if you’re looking for a beachfront hotel and beach access is right across the street. The hotel in general is clean and staff is very helpful and attentive. I had an issue in my first room where the shower wasn’t draining properly and water trailed out into the room. Staff promptly had engineering come fix it, but it left the room with a sewage smell. “The resort is beautiful, clean and the staff very accommodating. Pool and grounds were well maintained. Food options are more limited as all restaurants were not open during our stay and for dinner you needed to make reservations and they were not always available. We had a party of 6 and with food and drinks it became very expensive. Another thing to remember is that tips are included in all food and beverages purchased which was not made clear so it's easy to double tip.”
