“Okay room size, quite comfortable bed, good shower, but man was that aircon noisy! It sounded like a jet plane was taking off, some sort of motor generator inside the wall in the room itself was powering the fan and that, unfortunately, brings down my overall rating of this hotel. The breakfast was mostly tasteless with the exception of the pineapple which was good, otherwise everything else available tasted of....nothing at all. Not overly impressed with this place, plus they add on 35 dollars...

“If you’re looking for a hotel that delivers the best customer service, best amenities, best staff, best views, best beach on the strip, this is it. It’s my third time at La Concha and I am already trying to figure out when I can go back. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. We got there early and while they don’t do early check-in they did let us use their locker rooms as soon as we got to the property and access to all hotel amenities until our checkin. "Läget är bra, nära stränder och Old San Juan. Vi hade ett rymligt rum med bra sängar och en balkong med havsutsikt. Men det var inte särskilt rent på rummet. Den utlovade frukosten räckte inte till alla gäster, det saknades bröd, mjölk till kaffet mm. Servicen var också undermålig. Vi bad om en ny glödlampa till en av lamporna på rummet, då den var trasig. Det kunde de tyvärr inte hjälpa oss med."
