“We booked two rooms; one was good. The other had a broken AC and smelled damp. The staff took the problem seriously and tried to resolve it. When that didn’t work, we were given a new room that was good in every way. The staff were consistently excellent! The pool is minimal, absolutely not what I expected. As a result, none of us or our three children wanted to swim. The breakfast was poor—neither tasty nor offering a good selection. It was okay, but not worthy of the Hyatt name.”

“Good location but rooms were tiny.”

“This hotel was so beautiful. There’s a pool on the rooftop along with a restaurant. There’s another pool, restaurant and terrace on the 2nd floor. The food at both restaurants was great! Walking distance to some great sushi restaurants and other local restaurants and bars. Uber to San Juan was like $12 or less, about 20-30 minutes with traffic. My husband and I really enjoyed this stay.”

“Excelent choice. Really good location.”
