“My room was super small and very minimalistic. It has limited front desk service. The property is newly renovated but in a marginal neighborhood. It was not a good value for what I paid.”

“We enjoyed our stay very much! Its quiet - hot tub was pretty spacious- pool nice as well & rooms were very comfortable. Our room housekeeper Jaqueline on the 5th floor cleaned our room perfectly. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! Check in people forgot names were also very nice! Will definitely stay again…😊 Ps- location is convenient & parking for $8.92 a day is 👌”

“I normally don’t judge hotels based on the service since the service everywhere has become so nonexistent, but the service here was truly outstanding. Everyone was helpful and respectful and professional. The room was cleaned and refreshed twice a day with chocolates offered at night. They even setup your pool chairs. Really well done. Except for the Ritz Carlton, the only place I’ve stayed recently that maintained the decorum one would expect of a serious hotel.”

“The WiFi stopped working the second night and they did nothing to fix it, they blamed it on the weather despite they themselves had WiFi connection in the lobby. I had som important errands to do online and I couldn’t. So unprofessional!”
