Room Furniture is cloth material and was soiled with human stains of some sort, redish? Had to ask Housekeeping for sheets to cover all Seating and also the comforters on the beds. The decor pillows and decor on bedding was stored on top of one of the seating due to not being clean, the bathroom sink faucet would not turnoff when you would use the bathroom sink faucet to turn off.
Was on the second floor of the newer building and also had a view and pools look very murky and not clean pool water due to the daily usage. Need a BETTER Pool Service at the end of day!!! Pools still look Murky Water (NOT CLEAN) and guests kids still jump in and use when pool servicers finish brushing the pool. Not giving me a good reason to return due to the lack of care to rooms and pools along with beach chairs by pool look very stained and NOT cleaned at the end of the use of day. Sorry for the TRUTHFUL comments, though I think something needs to be said so Management can do something about the Hotel which has GREAT SERVICE of STAFF though LACK OF MAINTENANCE TO FACILITY IN IT'S ENTIRETY.
