“The check in instructions were a little confusing... They asked me to download a app to help with getting into the unit, but when I downloaded it, and arrived, it didn't seem like the app would help at all.. I ended up having to just open the key box to use the actual key. The outside of the unit looked a little dingy. The yard was a bit of a mess. They had a yard maintenance person come on the second day we were there and they cut the grass..but I would have appreciated being informed that...
