“I'd give this place a 9/10, I would definitely stay here again if I ever visit Seattle again. The room is great and had everything I needed (and more - I never even used the stove). It had a fridge, cutlery, microwave, toasters and other kitchen tools that I barely even touched. The TV system was also top notch with a large variety of streaming services and regular TV. The Ballard area is a far cry from the at-times chaotic downtown Seattle, it is a calm neighbourhood with great restaurants,...

“Perfect for a girls trip. Very responsive host. My only complaint was that the foldout couch mattress had some crumbs and other dregs, like it hadn't been checked in a while. Otherwise the property was clean and made a great home base for exploring the area. ”

“The property was amazing. Things I didn’t like, it was a basement unit, and always cool. No way to control the temperature ( that I could find) in the unit. The only parking is on the street. I had to plan ahead what to bring in. The neighbors in the back, had an Apple tree. There were yucky, dead apples all along the path to the back and the stairs. I was visiting my grandson in the UW district. Was very convenient for that ”

“I was a bit skeptical about all the perfect reviews at first as I’ve traveled for work and stayed at many properties. This one actually exceeded my expectations. Perfectly appointed, convenient and so comfy!The grounds outside are park like and super secluded and serene. Perfect patio for morning coffee, or a night cap before curling up in the spacious king size bed. The sheets and pillows were all so fresh with no harmful chemical smells. Loved the shower and lighting in the bathroom too....
