“Felt like royalty for the night staying here. Paul and Jo have set this place out so nicely. Spacious, beautiful deck with a stunning outlook, it was nice and warm and the beds were so comfy! Wished we were able to stay longer to enjoy the space but will hopefully be back! Paul and Jo’s communication throughout was spot on and friendly. And allowed us to bring my mates fur baby which made it all that special! ThanKs is guys! ”

“Perfect little unit for a couple nights stay, great location, only a couple minutes walk to Papamoa Plaza and local brewery "The Island" which is great for families with kids! Amazing pizza too :) Came in winter so didn't get to check out the beach but it was in walking distance too. Unit was well equipped and clean. Easy check in and check out. Thanks Matt for a lovely stay :)”

“A fantastic spot beside the main lake. The property is clean and well maintained. The attractions of Rotorua can be enjoyed and then you can relax in a secluded spot by the lake. I highly recommend this property. ”

“The property is presented beautifully and well furnished, plenty of space in the garden for the kids to run around and being directly across from the beach was great. Also having the two spaces for watching tv meant we could all find our own space for some quiet time. ”

“We loved the location and the beach vibe of the home. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed to make dinner and the patio was perfect for relaxing outside. We were close to the beach and the restaurants .. we highly recommend booking here. The home was extremely clean and modern. ”
