Trevligt hotell, frukost och lunch väldigt bra. Deras à la carte restauranger är katastrof, dålig mat, service. Men fantastiskt ställe för bad, både pool och hav, fina hotellrum .

Glad we are leaving today. We literally had to avoid staff from harrassing us to buy into their "presentation" to receive special spa services. They literally will hunt you down, to the point of stalking. Lack of communication and difficult language barrier so you never get what you ask for (food, drinks, etc...) its like theyve never heard of anything before. Not much going on, very boring. And food was very blan. Nothing unique or interesting. We ate nachos, burgers, rice and coffee. The carmel cappuccino is good. Staff at reception could be a little nicer. On to the next one. But wont stay here again, or recommend.

We are glad that you choose our hotel as your tourist destination but we deeply regret that your stay was not a 100% positive one experience because we always do as much as we can trying to offer our visitors the best possible service. Regarding our food, this is a very subjective point of view which we honestly respect but we cannot share it at all, it is hard to think that food lacks quality or is not varied. We understand that perhaps flavors, cooks, methods, seasonings, among others; may be different from those that you are getting used to. It is simply your perception which is very different as most of our guests consider our food not only good but varied. We regret that you were disturbed by pushy vendors but as we stated on another guest’s comments, we inform you one more time that Royal Holidays is an independent company that shares the same workplace with us but has nothing to do directly with our company. Then under any circumstance our guests should be forced to attempt meetings or to buy anything if the client does not want to and based on another guests comment a simple “No, Thanks” is always enough to be bothered but if they continue bothering you, it is important to report it to our guest service department, in order we can take action. Thank you for your understanding. It is always important to report every inconvenience you have during your stay, first of all because we have a very professional guest service department always willing to help. Then it is not the right channel to complaint as now you are at home and unfortunately now is too late to give you the necessary assistance. Every point expressed will be discussed with our department managers in order to take the necessary measures trying to continue to offer the best service and we appreciate that you bring your comments to our attention as we consider it as the best way to improve the quality of our service. No availability for specialty restaurants, very difficult try to book a appointment, you need to tip the hotel employees to find a restaurant. First day no glasses for the beer in the food trucks at the beach. First day in the bar no chicken tenders no gratinade potatos. 4 times had to call due to issues with the air condition in the room.

bar staff was amazing and so was the service at the 24/7 pub. wish some of the games upstairs in the pub worked, but overall great experience. buffet food is a hit or miss, but service is always great. wish the transportation came more often or often crowded.

Everything was beautiful except some of the staffs would give you attitude if you ask a question like if they were annoyed. I stood at the hard rock in Punta Cana 6 months ago and the workers there are super super friendly. But this place ahhh I wouldn’t say all the staffs are friendly. But we kept it moving it was a beautiful place I had a good time that’s all that matters.

This was my first time staying at an all inclusive hotel and it was absolutely amazing! The food was delicious, my villa was spacious and beautiful, the property was so well kept .. the beach was stunning! My expectations were exceeded! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone! Its a large property but the team does an excellent job at keeping everything organized!

I loved this resort and everything about it from the staff to the amenities my only issues were mosquitoes in the room and the WiFi service was very poor other than that 10/10

I loved the bartender by the pool Jose Luis and Melvin ware Amazing great service only thing that I would recommend is more control over the music sometimes the music playing was horrible over all great experiences

The staff is great! I wish i could say the same for some of the rooms. I'm traveling by myself so when i got checked in, i was in a very secluded area which isn't good for me because I'm by myself and 59 years old. So i asked can i be moved closer where there's some people. Like I said, the staff front desk associate was very patient with me. Wjen they changed the room it wss 2 twin beds. The third room was was up two flights of stairs smd i have a bad hip. The 4th room was perfect but the sofa was discussing filthy. I'm trying to add pics but it not allowing me to add them. This is day one so I'm definitely going to figure out how to add the pics, also send more reviews of my stay. I recently stayed in Puerto Plata, in Presidential Suits by lifestyle. That was an amazing experience. Best vacations ever.

Absolutely on point for the price point! The grounds are beautifully maintained. Entertainment with live music nightly. Felt so safe on entire property. Tons of food options and the beach was divine. Definitely recommend this property!

Nice place to disconnect from everyday routine Family oriented. Room was clean and comfortable. Beware! we got hooked on their Royal Holiday vacation club for 4 hours, if you don't want to waste your vacation time try to avoid their gifts. Food quality can improve and must reserve 24hrs for specialized dinning. Staff was helpful and friendly. Entertainment staff was enegetic and fun. .
