Welcome to Casa Marr. Enjoy the ocean views and breezes of this charming beach house. Completely remodeled to highlight old Mexico style while also having all the modern comforts and conveniences. This playfully decorated main unit has two air-conditioned bedrooms and two bathrooms, kitchen, dining/living room, and a heated pool. The perfect place to get away, rewind, and enjoy your vacation.
The space
Casa Marr is comprised of 2 separate spaces. This listing is for the downstairs TWO bedroom TWO bathroom unit. The whole property has been totally remodeled. We took advantage of local materials to build. Then, we incorporated Mexican art and foraged treasures from the beach below, which we believe are the highlights of the house. As soon as you enter the property, you can feel the ocean air and hear the crashing waves below. Say goodbye to the outside world and soak in the calmness around you.

As you enter the court yard, you are greeted with a nice patio area protected from the ocean winds. A nice Ficus tree in the middle yard and a charcoal bbq station that you are more than welcome to use. Around the other side of the house, the pool faces the ocean and a grassy and sand area to lay out in the sun directly in front of the pacific.

FYI.... Because the house is on top of a cliff, there is no beach access from the house. Just a short 2 minute walk down the street, you get to the access with the sand beach. We provide beach towels, folding chairs, umbrella, cooler, and a cart to get all that stuff down to the beach (cold cervezas not included).

Guest access
You have access to everything, BUT the unit upstairs. The BBQ area, beach side grass/sand area, and beach terrace is shared with the upstairs guests if we have any.

The pool is for the guests in the downstairs unit only

If the upstairs is unoccupied and you want to have the whole place to yourself, let us know, and we can give you a discounted rate for the upstairs so you have all common areas to yourself.

We provide beach towels, chairs, an umbrella and a cooler
