The Club Punta Mita Access Fee is a one-time, per-person, per-stay fee that applies to vacation rental guests staying in Punta Mita.

● Children (5–12): USD $30 + 16% VAT + 15% service charge
● Children under 5: No charge

A friendly on-site concierge will greet you and give you a private tour of the residence when you arrive. Our concierge is always available to assist you and is prepared to handle your needs while you are staying.
