Lägenhetshotell i Punta Sam

“Wonderful family stay at Casa Azul Maya! We did have a ground floor room which was a bit more humid - but the AC kept it cool and it was fine for all of us. Beds were comfortable, staff helpful and room was cleaned everyday with fresh bath and beach towels as needed. The partnership with Loretta’s was perfect; amazing breakfasts, access to pool and ocean were picturesque. South side of the island is much calmer and slower pace -with great food, coffee and Punta Sur—- we’d come back in a heart...

“Really cozy and romantic. Only thing that we didnt like with our room (we had the small room) was the combinaded shower and bathub. U want to take a shower without washing your hair but they put an shell on top so water pouring everywhere instead ^^ and unfortunately bad wifi. Had a hard time booking our next hotel, sometimes it worked good and sometimes not. Otherwise everything was great”

“We stayed this past week for 3 nights and it was great. Perfect location! Right on Hidalgo for easy breakfast/dinner/bars. Short, easy walk to beach. Music is typically done by 11pm and even if we were in room before 11pm, the music/noise was no problem at all! ”

“Great price for good room”

“Dirty bed and sheets, mold around AC and on walls. So much odor so we had a hard time to be in the room. Floors where not cleaned at all. Above this there where people screaming in the hallway. We stayed one night out of 10 and they refused to refund us. Would not recommend this place to anyone. ”

“Hotellet befinner sig i jätte tristområdet. Till frukost serverar de bröd och marmelad. Det var hemskt. Tråkigt hotell och ännu mer tråkigt område. Jag var rädd att gå ut på kvällen”

“Todo muy bien, ubicación muy buena, buena limpieza y muy tranquilo el lugar”

“This condo was amazing! It was spotless and had everything we needed plus some. The staff on the property was so kind. The beds were super comfortable and the views are to die for!!! We will 100% be back!”

“Cobraron el dólar lo que ellos quisieron cuando en información oficial estaba más barato, dijeron un precio de tarifa de limpieza y cobraron más de lo que dijeron en inicio, no informaron que habría cargo por usar terminal de ser así pagaba en efectivo y cuando pregunté a la persona que me dijo que serían de limpieza el por qué su compañera me cobró más no me contestó me dejó en visto”

“The shower flooded day1, safe was unuseable, fridge froze our food, oven didn't work, sewer smell emitting from bathroom sink, no sheet change for 9 days, only 1 set of beach towels provided, room was very shabby and not updated. I have pictures. No secure place to leave our luggage while waiting for our taxi on our last day. My guest will be doing a review on Google and I will probably never use Expedia again without some explanation or compensation. We met other guests that were not happy...
