“The property is presented beautifully and well furnished, plenty of space in the garden for the kids to run around and being directly across from the beach was great. Also having the two spaces for watching tv meant we could all find our own space for some quiet time. ”

“Really enjoyed our stay. The games room was a real hit with the children and the setting is stunning. Nice large space for a big group. Communication from host was very good. Would love to come back and experience in summer!”

“Perfect little unit for a couple nights stay, great location, only a couple minutes walk to Papamoa Plaza and local brewery "The Island" which is great for families with kids! Amazing pizza too :) Came in winter so didn't get to check out the beach but it was in walking distance too. Unit was well equipped and clean. Easy check in and check out. Thanks Matt for a lovely stay :)”

“Had a one night stay following a trip to Hobbiton movie set. Stayed in chalet Frodo which is only a 10-15 min drive from Hobbiton.The chalet is very clean and well appointed. While quite compact it had everything the two of us required for an overnight stay. We had dinner at Osteria restaurant in the main centre which is only a 3 min drive away. Thoroughly recommend Osteria for quality of food, portion size , atmosphere and price”

“We loved Tim's place. The views were amazing, the house was cozy, and we loved digging a hole at the hot water beach just below the house. It was magic!”
