"There is definitely potential in this hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful but it surprises me it got such a high reviews. The location is quite boring and there is nothing around which requires you to take a taxi anywhere you want to go. When we got there the hotel was overly crowded as well. Breakfast was also quite full in the morning. The staff was however friendly and especially the ones that worked in the restaurant and room service. If you have your own car or just staying for the night, it gives you value for the money. Otherwise I would look for other places."

"We had an amazing stay, three nights before we embarked a cruise from Qatar. Spa was nice and clean. Big rooms with both a huge shower and even bigger bathtub. All staff were so friendly and helpful, no matter what time of day we needed help. Shuttle bus to the beach, for free, is for sure a great service! We used it twice and spend a couple of hours at the great beach club. Even if it was early February it was some food and drinks for sale. "
