“Our stay was perfect! Cute little town with very friendly people everywhere we went including the golf course, bar we ate at, and the few stores we stopped in. The deck of the apartment was fantastic over looking the river! We saw so many ducks, geese, and other wild life. Building and neighborhood were quiet. Short drive to the John Deere Classic. Would love to visit again.”

“The condo was a perfect size for our family while visiting Davenport. The kitchen and dining room made a great place for us to cook in and not have to eat every meal out. The interior and exterior was well kept and tidy. We enjoyed the smart TV and used the washer and dryer. The bonus half bath in the main bathroom was a bonus. The location is just minutes away from anything we needed. The condo was also quiet all throughout the day and night. ”

“I needed a place to stay while visiting for work in Davenport. The apartment was very clean and check in process was smooth. It was a bit farther from downtown than I expected but close enough to the freeway that it wasn’t an issue. The property manager was quick to respond to my questions and concerns setting my mind at ease. I appreciated the central air during the heat wave and a suggestion would be a fan upstairs to keep the air circulating and larger curtains for the living room since...
