“Lovely staff and great breakfast options that are included in the stay. Would highly recommend!!”

“Spacious room; the buffet breakfast was very extensive and good”

“Bed sheets did not appear clean upon check-in. There’s a lot of noise from the construction and the children playing in the soccer field next door. Property is dated (with some water stains); it appears newer online due to AI pics. Housekeepers were especially nice and changed my sheets as requested. I also appreciated its low cost and convenient location. Very walkable and the nearby museum was awesome!”

“We were very welcome into Ha Long. The staff helped us to find a boat, where to eat and what to do to be efficient and benefit a maximum from our trip. They Even provided a discount for an extra Night because the prívate car did not show up to pick us Up to go back to Ha Noi. Perfect and I recommend very strongly.”

“Great staff. Water didnt drain away from shower. 2 of 4 restaurants not open but I think it could be because of low season. Breakfast mainly catered for asian and not european tastes. The food at the restaurant we ate was very good”

“Great service and nice personal! Just every evening/morning we have same activity which is weird because it's always new people boarding on the boat. And all cruises at Haloonbay has kind of same schedule. So you don't get a better choice than this. At least we got a calm location for kayaking without other tourists around. Also the cave visit is kind of crazy. It's insanely crowded inside. ”

“Hotellet var helt ok. Enda naktdelen var att det lag ganska langt fran hamnen. Mycket billigt och det ingick frukost.Taxi fran hamnen till stan 10-15 dollar. ”

“Room was clean and nice plus very affordable. Located in the city center.”

“Clean room, helpful staff and family friendly facilities”

“The room was cute and had a fun vibe to it. The owner was very accommodating to our needs.”

“Everything about my cruise was wonderful. I would definitely recommend”

“Amazing place with an astonishing view. The lady that escorted us to the room is very friendly and walks you through the place so you know where everything is. Great location for food and shopping. ”

“服務極好，可惜郵輪上的清潔真的不行，郵輪有些老舊，房間有蟑螂，整體環境不OK ”
