âStaff were friendly, food was tasty and rooms were modern. The air con needed to be a bit more powerful or fixed but the fan they left in the room helped.
In a quiet area. Restaurant was good and a reasonable price. Also beer was the cheapest we had seen.

âGreat staff. Water didnt drain away from shower. 2 of 4 restaurants not open but I think it could be because of low season. Breakfast mainly catered for asian and not european tastes. The food at the restaurant we ate was very goodâ
âThe cruise was incredible. The staff (Jimmy and Scott) made the experience great. We liked our cabin with the balcony from where you can admire the beauty of the bay.â
âOverall a good experience and quality. Quite expensive to be Vietnam but it also includes food and activities. We participated in three activities and all places were very crowded. So the activities could have been better but the view from the room is amazing. The service overall is good and the food was tasty.â
âWe really enjoyed our stay at Vincent, when we checked in we got a free upgrade for our room. They were so helpful and kind at the reception, even helped us out with our laundry. Wi-Fi was working great, breakfast was good (one day we had full range buffet, the other day they took orders in advance and the last day it was a slightly smaller buffet). Very nice view from the room and hotel is close to many restaurants. Would recommend!â
âWas a lovely stay in a clean room with helpful staff. Unfortunately I was sick on my one full day there so did not explore the local area. The main bars seem to be a 20 minute drive away though.â
âThe highlight of my Vietnam trip I had a blast. My main issue was with their lack of coordination when it came to payment. They sent me a false billing statement that I had email about to be reassured I wasnât being over charged. Then on the voyage, they wrongly tried to overcharge us for cocktails, and we had to insist that the manager was wrong to sort out the charge. There are a few other instances of this un-attentiveness that I will spare the details of.
