“Staff were friendly, food was tasty and rooms were modern. The air con needed to be a bit more powerful or fixed but the fan they left in the room helped. In a quiet area. Restaurant was good and a reasonable price. Also beer was the cheapest we had seen. Forgot to take pics of the room. ”

“Wir mieteten ein Studio und waren absolut zufrieden. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und die Gastgeber super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bisher die beste Unterkunft auf unserer dreiwöchigen Reise auf welchem wir auch in einem 5-Sterne Hotel waren. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und gut gelegen. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay at Vincent, when we checked in we got a free upgrade for our room. They were so helpful and kind at the reception, even helped us out with our laundry. Wi-Fi was working great, breakfast was good (one day we had full range buffet, the other day they took orders in advance and the last day it was a slightly smaller buffet). Very nice view from the room and hotel is close to many restaurants. Would recommend!”

“The room was excellent, the front desk staff was good but Chan in particular excelled. She was so helpful, polite and friendly that it made my stay. I don't go to another country expecting them to speak English, it is the world's second choice for a language and the main language of tourism so its was a bonus that Chan spoke very good English. Great value, friendly servers for breakfast and very efficent cleaning staff. Most important to me was that it was what it appears to be on the listing....

“Overall a good experience and quality. Quite expensive to be Vietnam but it also includes food and activities. We participated in three activities and all places were very crowded. So the activities could have been better but the view from the room is amazing. The service overall is good and the food was tasty.”

“I enjoyed my stay here very much, my room was very clean and comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised with how new everything looks and how big my room was, definitely a great value when compared to the hotels I stayed at in Hanoi. The family working the reception was extremely friendly and helpful, they really made us feel welcome and well taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a clean, spacious place to stay at a great value.”
