Everything you need was there. large yard, good barbecue area, good social room, the pool was clean and looked after every day by a pool guy. 3 min drive from cozy montecarlo, lots of restaurants. grocery stores nearby. “The villa was a beautiful home to send our our time in Tuscany, Italy. We enjoyed having our own bedrooms and baths. We had a special meal cooked by a local chef, Rachel. The kitchen worked well for the cooking, and for our breakfasts. The scenery was just breathtaking, and it is just as pictures in books looked like. We very much enjoyed our stay.”

“Ron was a very conscientious, caring and accommodating host, we were contacted personally shortly after booking, he gave us recommendations for the vacation as well as accurate directions before and during the vacation, which was great. The house was perfect for us and exactly as described in the ad, clean, with a great terrace and located in a really incredibly quiet place. We had a great stay, thanks again.”

“Our family stayed here for a week, place is fantastic and we felt very at home. All facilities very good, in a lovely area with decent restaurants located nearby. Only slight negative is that it’s not the easiest place to access, this was discussed with the owner on checkout who appeared to take the feedback onboard which is an always a good sign. Other than that, would be happy to recommend and also stay again!!”

“Our family of 17 stayed at a villa near Montespertoli. In fact the villa also was a winery and olive oil producer. Nicola was the host as well as the owner. He was available for everyone of our guest. Requests from laundry to suggestions for restaurants, to taxi services to Florence...Nicola was always available to take care of us. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect venue and host.”

The villa itself is charming and authentically Tuscan, with multiple floors.
