“What a wonderful place to stay! It was extremely clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We loved having coffee and breakfast on the deck in the rocking chairs. This house is close to Lindale and Mineola. Everything was exactly as it was in the pictures. We will definitely be back!”

I was a little confused by the listing because I thought I was renting the entire house pictured, but I was actually renting a living room, bedroom, and bathroom. Great location near down town, an easy walk. The host was super responsive to all my questions.”

“Very Nice property. We spent a lot of.time on the dock and met the neighbors who were very friendly. There is only one boat rental place but we did try them for a day and a half. We caught quite a few fish off the dock. Found some decent restaraunts around. Went and found some Alligators. Had an armadillo the first night in the backyard and some.deer the last night. My son proposed to his girlfriend here so I'm sure it's a place he will always remember.”

“We enjoyed our stay, the house was great but the amenities could use some TLC ie. fishing poles,( you might want to bring your own) life jackets and kayaks(broken seats, , missing plugs, etc). The location is great ,easy to find ,lake was beautiful . We loved being able to walk to the dock to relax and having the board games to play as well. Overall a great vacation!”

The beds were comfortable, everything was clean, check in was simple and we actually kept the air turned up higher than we do at home because the house stayed so cool. That was much appreciated during a summer heat wave! The outdoor covered porch area was wonderful and more than we expected.
