“We stayed here for several days. The house was exactly as described. Lots of kitchen items and a wonderful coffee, so pick up some beans on your shopping trip. There was a slight issue with the water when we checked in however the host had provided his number to call. He was immediately available and have great instructions on how to correct the issue. Smooth checking, great communication, looking forward to staying at their properties more.”

“The setting of the cottage is private and beautiful and we enjoyed relaxing in the geothermal hot tub in the evenings. Renata has horses and we did a one hour ride on the property which we thoroughly enjoyed. We would stay there again despite the 4/5 star rating. The cottage is well stocked with dishes, spices and oil, but it was not very conducive to cooking due to the limited scratched up Tephlon pans. “This unique building has very high quality furniture, bedding, and towels. Even robes are provided. The hot tub in the back yard is a highlight. Lots of windows let in the epic Icelandic landscape. When the wind pics up you feel cozy and comfortable with every convenience. There is a full sized washer AND dryer (great for families). The gas station is a 10 minute walk away and has all the basic groceries you need along with a small diner. If you are in the area, this is a great place to stay. ”
