“We went here as part of a family trip and rented 3 iglooos. Overall stay was amazing, but there were a few quirks effecting the overall comfort. One of the igloos didn’t have the air conditioning working, which left the igloo quite cold. Thankfully they had additional space heater in the room. “The whirlpool did not work and management did nothing to fix it. After many generic (AI generated) mails back and forth someone was sent over on the 2nd day and later they admitted, a part would need to be replaced as the pool could not maintain the temperature. Very disappointing and frustrating, as we booked the accommodation because of the whirlpool. We also had the feeling that the issue was known beforehand, which makes it false advertising.”

The magic was the hot tub amd sauna, which were so relaxing. We listened to the birds and watched them with delight. We would highly recommend this cottage and we would definitely stay here again.”
