Vacay Villa Panoramica offers luxurious accommodation and complete relaxation in a serene and private setting. Situated in a unique location, it boasts panoramic views of the sea, islands, the Ubas peninsula, and Cape Kamenjak, creating the perfect blend of comfort and natural beauty.
The outdoor area features a pool with sea views, an infinity jacuzzi, and spacious terraces, ideal for unwinding and enjoying the open air. The interior is thoughtfully designed: bedrooms and relaxation areas are located on the upper floor, while the ground floor includes a living room, dining area, and two fully equipped kitchens, one of which is outdoor. The basement is dedicated to recreation and wellness, offering a gym, a mini spa, and an entertainment area.
Guests can enjoy meals in the dining room or on the terrace, while astronomy and nature enthusiasts can use the telescope provided, perfect for stargazing or exploring the coastal landscapes of Istria.
Vacay Villa Panoramica is designed to accommodate up to 10 guests (optimally 8) in four spacious bedrooms. All bedrooms feature double beds, with two offering the option of separating the beds. Each room is equipped with matching furniture, an ensuite bathroom, and access to a shared terrace with a telescope and panoramic sea views.
On the ground floor (Level 0), you’ll find the main living area with an entrance hall, a spacious living room, a kitchen, and a dining area, as well as a service bathroom. The outdoor space includes a summer kitchen, a lounge area, a pool, and a jacuzzi, perfect for outdoor relaxation.
The first floor (Level 1) is reserved for the bedrooms and a resting area specially designed for observing local wildlife.
The basement (Level -1) features a rich entertainment and relaxation area, including a fitness room, Finnish sauna, billiards room, playroom, wine corner, and a small shop. A service bathroom is also located on this level.
The second basement (Level -2) serves as a garage with space for six vehicles, ensuring secure parking.
All bedrooms offer panoramic sea views and access to the terrace.
Room sizes, including the bathroom, range from 30 to 32 m².
Linen is changed weekly or as needed.
The luxury mattresses feature a 7-zone anatomical design, are hypoallergenic, and measure 210 x 200 cm.
Pool heating is available upon request:
From April 15 to May 31 and from September 14 to November 15, with a charge of €280.
From June 1 to September 13, with a charge of €150. Other dates depend on external weather conditions.
A safety deposit of €1,500 is required, payable in cash upon arrival. The damage deposit is refundable.
