Pensionat i Rausu

“Ok”

“The staff were very nice and helpful. It feels like at home, relaxing, friendly. The location is great. The hot springs onsen that can be reserved for private use was wonderful. They also pick up and drop off at bus terminal which was really nice. The food was tasty and nicely presented. It’s not fancy or of top ingredients but we enjoyed so much. Thank you for making our stay in Shiretoko memmorable.”

“Good ocean view”

“This hotel has a nice lounge area to relax after some hiking. It has some beverages and great background music to enjoy a civilized drink before dinner. Dinner was excellent, with very dedicated staff to make it sure everyone enjoyed the dinner.”

“Food was really really not good. Luke warm dishes and did not feel or taste like it was freshly made. We did not finish our food, went to a 7eleven to get something to eat instead. Breakfast was almost the same buffé as dinner. Took some bread that was so hard we didn’t eat it. Service and staff nice. Hotel worn and old but clean. 32.000 yen is a bit too expensive for what you get.”
