  • Just 20 feet from the shore of Panther Pond, this lake house offers a peaceful setting with 140 feet of private waterfront. Located in a quiet neighborhood, it’s the perfect place to relax, enjoy the outdoors, and take in the scenery.

    Inside, the spacious eat-in kitchen makes it easy to gather for meals, while the large living room features beautiful lake views. Step outside onto the expansive deck to enjoy your morning coffee, dine outdoors, or simply unwind overlooking the water.

    The waterfront offers something for everyone, with a shallow, sandy area that’s great for swimming and deeper water accessible from the private dock. A wooden raft just a short swim from the dock is the perfect spot to stretch out and soak up the sun. The spacious, beautifully landscaped lawn also provides plenty of room for outdoor games and activities.

    For boaters, the private dock can accommodate a boat up to 22 feet, making it easy to enjoy all that Panther Pond has to offer. With its peaceful setting, beautiful waterfront, and comfortable year-round accommodations, this lakefront home is an ideal Maine getaway in any season.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was a nice stay. Wish garbage came more than one day and we had garbage from family before. Had ants by window looking out to deck there is an ant trap so guess owners know. We killed at least 30.

Great location, close to shopping and restaurants in Raymond, Windham and Naples. Clean and well-kept. Dishwasher and washer and dryer much appreciated. Although the lake is close, the entry to the water is uneven and rocky. A handrail on the steps down to the lake would make this place darn near perfect!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay! House was clean and comfortable, everything we needed was available to use. We were very pleased! The one thing that would have been better is it would have been nice to have a railing down to the water. My elderly parents who were with us had a difficult time getting down the steps. Other than that, everything was perfect!

This lake house had very nice updates and everything needed was supplied. Our favorite things were the closeness of access to the lake, the view of Panther Pond, & the appliances provided inside, as well as the proximity of how close this house is to Windham, Raymond, & Naples.
