“Sadly, there was no oven in the room, despite the description saying so on the website. We spent a lot of money on food before we arrived and it was only cookable in an oven. There was a “combination” microwave, but it wasn’t the same as an oven and was too small for one of the items we bought, definitely not the same as an actual oven. We weren’t able to use the food we bought so had to go out and buy even more food on New Year’s Eve in a hurry. We ended up wasting money and time because we...
