“Perfection does not come close to describing this home. Everything worked as described, the host was more than helpful/friendly, and the only problem was that the week flew by and we had to leave! Ocean Grove is even better than described and the location of this home is amazing. Thank you for the best time ever!”

“We came down for a short stay to celebrate our son's match day and this suited our family perfectly. The home is well laid out and equally well appointed. Eveything we needed was included. We hosted a small dinner party for family and friends. It worked nicely. Having the property owner/ manager onsite in the house across from the pool was convenient. Should we have needed something, he was right there.”

“We visited for Thanksgiving. The kitchen was well equipped with many extras such as a keurig and a drip coffee maker, K-cups, spices and condiments. The host was gracious and responsive and has clearly tried to think of everything that guests would want or need. The furniture was all good, the mattresses were comfortable and the bedrooms quiet. For a smaller house, it does everything. It worked perfectly for us.”

“The Chadwick is absolutely beautiful and exceeded our expectations in every way. James was very communicative and provided detailed information on all of the features of the home. The location was perfect and an easy walk down to the beach or over to Asbury Park. It was comfortable and spacious for our large family and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking family meals together. Highly recommend this property and we look forward to staying here again soon.”

“Perfect location. Property manager is very nice and attentive. House is fully stocked. Plenty of everything, including gates to block children from stairs. Great deck with table for dinner with view of the ocean. Very clean and well attended.”

“This cozy little apartment was perfect for our music fest weekend. My husband and I stayed three nights and we had friends stay over on Sunday with us after the festival. Christina's place had everything we needed. Great location. Short drive to the beach and on festival day, we scootered over to the festival entrance! So fun! We would definitely stay again.”

“It was a horrendous experience trying to reach the property manager. 2 rooms were booked in my name although I only booked one and after days of trying to reach the property manager, I finally got through the day before arrival. Unfortunately, the 2nd room that was booked in my name was only cancelled the day before arrival, although it was previously cancelled on January 25th.”

“The Melrose was a spotless, comfortable property very close to the beach in Ocean Grove and a short walk to restaurants in both Ocean Grove and Asbury Park. The 24-hour Keurig coffee kiosk was just outside the door to my unit--very convenient. I would eagerly stay here again.”

“It was strange to stay in a "hotel" with no front desk and no staff. To be honest, I much prefer a human presence. Yes, a certain amount of information was provided in written form, and there was a contact number to call if you had a question or issue, but I still would have preferred someone to be working in the building. “No Wi-Fi or television cable at the property. Communication with “property manager” was completely poor. Doesn’t respond. Place could be much nicer if maintained properly. Chipped walls, broken glass, no paper towels or toilet paper. Wood flooring with tons of scratches and creeks. Only saving grace was the shower pressure and beds were fully clean. Gets the job done if ya need a few beds to crash on but don’t expect much otherwise”
