“My daughter and I stayed for one night. This property was just what we needed for a quick trip to tour Chico State. Everything was easy, studio was pretty and clean, bed was comfy. Location was excellent for walking to campus and into town. Property owner was kind and helpful. If my daughter chooses Chico, my husband and I will definitely stay here when we visit our girl. “Well, it did not feel like a resort. It was mostly like a trailer park with tents, cabins and trailers. I think the property needs to have a landscaping consultant to evaluate and redesign it to feel more like a resort. Also hard to find entrance off Hwy44 at night as the sign is faded and without any lighting.”

“We really enjoyed our stay here. This is one of the most well-equipped VRBO properties we have stayed at. There are so many nice touches - nightlights, cozy fleece blankets everywhere, recliners for relaxing, enough towels for an army, extra tooth brushes, and even a glow in the dark toilet seat.
