“This hotel was under complete construction I was never forewarned about it when I booked the hotel my room was dirty the tub didn't drain while you were taking a shower you stood in 2 in of water the people who worked there were really nice though and the vending machines on every floor were nice also. The pool area was beautiful and very peaceful”

“Everything was excellent. The grounds were beautiful, our location by the pool and the Marketplace was very convenient. I wish we'd known about the free shuttle to and from the Strip and Fremont Street before paying extra for rideshare.”

“The hotel was filthy from the hallways to the rooms. There were stains on the bed, the walls, the carpet. The stench in the lobby and the hallways was terrible. The staff was very unhelpful. I was told that there were no other rooms available then right after I watched them tell another couple that they had a FEW rooms available for them to choose from. Would not reccomend”

“Very nice resort with good-sized pools and plenty of shaded spaces (which is what we need). We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed using the barbecues and the complimentary shuttle to the strip. There is even a shuttle to the grocery store. Very friendly staff.”

“Would not give me more than 3 towels for a family of four without a trade in towel. Was unable to check in until 3:45 because rooms were not clean. Second floor staff was talking loud with a guest on front of our door, when my wife came out to see, the staff told my wife she could keep it moving. ”
