“It's not my first stay here and its usually a nice place to stay, good location and nice staff. This time I stayed in a solo threebed room. After a few hour I realise that I didn't have any electricity in my room and went to the reception and told them my problem. They promise to look into it and come back to me. Nobody did and because I was busy working on my computer and needed to reload it I went back to the reception. They come with a lot of stupid excuses and after a while admitted that...

“Först bodde vi i ett billigt rum med fläkt = sjukt varmt!! Sen bytte vi upp oss en natt och det blev mycket bättre med air con. Tog ca 15-20 min att gå in till stan men nära restauranger och fest om man vill ha de!”

“I had trouble with the booking and had to pay twice which was a bit annoying, but after e-mailing with them they managed to sort it out smoothly and I got my money back (from the second withdrawal). It was comfortable enough for one rainy night, with a lot of backpackers at the place! Nothing fancy but definitely worth the price. The female dorm with 4 beds had its own bathroom in the room which was a plus!! ”
