Roomy and Peaceful

Our family completely enjoyed our recent stay in your beautiful home! Super roomy with kid friendly options for sleeping arrangements. Small recommendations include compiling a small but essential notebook to leave for your guests, outlining the Eagle Crest complex, a simple map showing the location of the home with respect to the complex and perhaps some general information and phone numbers for the golf pro shop and the recreation centers. Additionally, this is the first rental I’ve ever used that didn’t have some basics like aluminum foil, or a few inexpensive kids plates and cups, knowing that this is a family friendly unit. We hope to stay here again and I’m hoping to see these very small, but very typical inclusions. Thank you!

bridge tournament

Safe, quiet, scenic, golf course neighborhood with friendly neighbors and well-maintained lawns. Beautiful, spacious duplex with a great view of the 12th hole, especially from the back deck. Could easily accommodate 3 couples (each with their own bathrooms) and 3 or more kids on 3 couches. Ample supply of various kitchen essentials including a full spice rack, although a set of sharp steak knives (or at least one sharp serrated-edge knife for chopping hard vegetables) would be a great addition. Large bedrooms with ceiling fans and comfortable beds. Really appreciated having two master bedrooms with ensuites that had extra-deep (albeit somewhat short) jetted tubs and "top-down bottom-up shades" over each tub that allowed light in while maintaining privacy. Frebreeze in the bathrooms was thoughtful. Very clean house, with two exceptions: window ledges around jacuzzi tubs and tracks for sliding windows had not been cleaned in a while, and it's probably time for a deep cleaning of the carpeting throughout the house. Being able to park the car in the garage was a definite plus, although the neighborhood was so safe that we wouldn't have worried about parking in the driveway.

Very Nice W/front row view of the 3rd Fairway

I used it for a personal writing retreat, but it would easily house six couples. The housekeeping could be improved--I'd give it 3.5 stars of 5. I'd give the overall experience a 4.5. When not writing or reading, I enjoyed studying golf swings! I recommend the townhouse.

Fun family ski vacation

Check in process was smooth (although would have loved additional information on where to find the garage door remote). House was clean and well stocked. Kids loved being able to look out over the golf course. Nice amenities. We used the sports center pool and had a good time. We would stay here again.

Visit family and birthday celebration for grand child

Property and amenities are impressive. Golf courses are great Took a little bit of trial and error to find all the amenities but once found our way around it it was nice use of all the resort had to offer..

Failed to meet expectations

The property is nice if you only need 3 bedrooms. We had a group of 4 golfers, I was under the impression it was a 4 bedroom unit. The accommodations for the fourth adult was sub par, needing to use a mattress from a hide a bed that was small for a 6’2” male. A nice local property manager did bring an inflatable bed to make the situation more tolerable. I appreciated her help. Also, there was no cable TV, therefore we could not get live sporting events or channels like the Golf channel. The base of the toilet leaked in the downstairs master. We had to re boot the router multiple times to connect to the internet. The grill would not stay lit when conditions were windy, common in the afternoon. Overall, a very disappointing stay, I have rented homes in Eagle Crest for years and this was the worst experience.

Lovely place

Great place for our multi generational getaway. It's right on the golf course so there were the sounds of mowers and enthusiastic golfers during the day. So if you are looking for a private and woodsy area, this might not work for you. Lovely layout and plenty of space for all of us.

Poor customer service.

We booked this trip for my parents 50th anniversary. When they arrived they could not get the tv to work. Called Vrbo/vacasa and they said they would send someone out. No one came that day. Next day called again to check in. They told me they had no record of anything wrong. After many more phone calls the property manager called me back saying you could only stream tv on your smart phone. My parents are in their 70s and have a non smart phone. The property manager Jason told me the information about the tv was on the listing. It was not. My parents had to go buy an antenna and a radio and still only had a few news channels to watch. They were stressed out for half of their stay as they were trying to navigate this issue with no real help. While the house was nice the tv should work when they turn it on. This was very upsetting as we tried to make their 50th anniversary special but only to make them stressed out during their stay. Was very upset with the company for not being transparent in the listing that you would need a smart phone to run the tv. Customer service was poor. Will be booking with another company in the future.

This home is good for a large family or group of friends to connect and enjoy Central Oregon. It is connected to another home (duplex), but other than that, it was well appointed and very clean. Highly recommend.

Perfect for large family

We had a great time staying at this townhome with a family of 6+. Plenty of room and loved the 3.5 bathrooms. Only downside was the older washing machine that made loud squeaky sounds, the overhead fan that seemed a tad unsafe/loose and the water faucets in the shower were difficult to turn on. Regardless, we would stay here over and over again.

Great place to stay...again

This was the second time we stayed in this home and it was just as good as the first time. Good location, quiet neighborhood. Had no problems with anything but have a few suggestions. The kitchen could use a pizza pan and cheese grater, as well as tin foil or plastic wrap and ziploc style bags. The house also had an ironing board but no iron. And a note to housekeeping: please change the batteries in the smoke and co2 detectors regularly so they won't chirp in the middle of the night and destroy someone's sleep as it did ours one night. Light bulbs flanking garage need to be replaced too. These are minor quirks and would not prevent us from staying again.

Very pleased with our stay at this lovely home.

We enjoyed the home and it met our expectations. It was nice and clean with comfortable beds and furnishings. It was also very quiet. Our only suggestion is to provide more paper products and more than one trash bags. If the owners want guests to clean up after themselves, then provide the supplies to do so. Would have been nice to have some cleanser and cleaning spray to clean up better after our meals. We were happy to start a load of laundry and run the dishwasher, before we left, per the request from the VRBO.

Loved the amount of space in this townhome.

Having a home with three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms really gave us a lot of freedom. The location was very quiet and it was nice to overlook the golf course. We'd stay here again.

Slow start, but nice ending

Very attractive and functional home for vacationing with our two grown children, their spouses, and one grandchild. Having 3-1/2 baths was awesome. However, it was a slow, disappointing, and inconvenient start to the week. Upon our Sat evening arrival, we noticed the internet and cable were not functional. Contacted the customer rep at Vacasa, and finally determined that the owner had apparently turned these off during a period of repair/remodeling just completed - and they had NOT been turned back on prior to our arrival. Also, noticed the gas valve to the stove/oven had been turned off (during kitchen floor work), and also not turned back on. Stove/oven valve issue was diagnosed and resolved by a Vacasa rep visit on Sunday morning. The internet/cable issue took until WEDNESDAY evening to be resolved. Fortunately our kids and their families didn't start arriving until Tues. The DVD player was functional so we were able to watch movies, but the internet issue was a huge inconvenience because I required access for my "working" vacation. Had to make several trips to a local coffee shop for access. There was also a bit of construction dust remaining on kitchen counter top kitchen utensils. All in all a great vacation in a great location. But it was quite frustrating that the detail of ensuring functionality of basic amenities and cleanliness was not part of the property rep's checklist after house repair work and extended vacancy was complete.

FANTASTIC

THE LOCATION AND THE UNIT WAS FANTASTIC WE HAD A FOURSOME FOR A 3 DAY GOLF TOURNEY LOTS OF ROOM FOR ALL OF US AND EVERYTHING WE NEEDED WAS THERE! BUT NOT PERFECT THE CABLE BOX WAS SET UP TO RECORD BUT IT WAS NOT AUTHORIZED TO DO SO WHY? WE WOULD HAVE PAID EXTRA WE CANCELED 18 HOLES TO WATCH THE DUCKS PLAY BECAUSE WE COULD NOT RECORD IT. I KNOW YOU WILL BLOW THIS OFF BUT IF YOU CAN SET UP TO RECORD WE WOULD RETURN NEXT YEAR MIKE GOWINS

Great Home. Has everything you need and more.

We rented this home for 3 days for 3 couples. This home exceeded our expectations and everyone was impressed. The pictures on the website accurately portrayed the home, which isn't always the case. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils that you could possibly need. There were three rooms with queen beds which had comfortable mattresses and each room had it's own bathroom which was very nice and convenient. We would all highly recommend this property and plan to stay here again in the future.

Gorgeous home with a beautiful view!

We had a wonderful time. Waking up to the gorgeous view of the golf course was so relaxing. The kitchen was well stocked. There was nothing that we needed. We will be back!
