Perched on the cliffs overlooking Portreath Beach in Cornwall, this beautiful two-bedroom beach house really is just a stone's throw from the sea. Wake up to the gentle sounds of the waves and stroll down to the beach via the private resident's slipway. The main bedroom enjoys stunning views of the sea from its own balcony and there's a glass-fronted decking area outside which overlooks the beach. Being so close to the beach and just a few minutes' stroll into the pretty village, this is a wonderful location for a relaxing beachside escape.



The living spaces feel bright and airy thanks to big windows and glass balcony doors letting in plenty of that beautiful coastal light. You'll find the dining table perfectly positioned to enjoy the view and you can put your feet up in the living room and take it all in from the comfort of the sofa. There's a fully equipped kitchen, however, on sunnier days, you might want to take the cooking outside to the barbecue.



Downstairs, there's a garden/games room with a utility room, ideal for storing your beach gear. This leads out onto the decking and seating area overlooking the beach. The glass balustrade shelters you from any sea breeze while not getting in the way of that fabulous view. Lie back on one of the recliners or get something sizzling on the barbecue.



There are two bedrooms, perfect for a small family or two couples. The main bedroom has an en-suite and a balcony overlooking the beach. Open up the balcony doors in the morning and enjoy your morning coffee in bed with a spectacular view. The other bedroom can be set up as a twin making it perfect for children or the beds can be joined to create a king-size.



With the beach on your doorstep and the village just a short stroll away, you have everything you need within a few minutes' walk. Enjoy lunches at one of the local pubs or picnics on the beach before stretching your legs and tackling some of the Coast Path. Even a short walk up from Smuggler's Cove will reward you with some spectacular coastal scenery. Head along the path in the other direction and you'll stumble across Porthtowan, another small Cornish fishing village, famous for its surfing and gorgeous sunsets.
