The home really smelled up on check-in, freezer had spilled food in it, cupboards had spills down them. They sent a cleaner in the next morning. The main issue I had was a charge to me for a repair that should never have been necessary had the correct steps been taken to secure a ship's captains wheel to the wall over the kitchen table with more than hooking it over one drywall screw. Absolutely stunning views from all angles of the house; the pelicans dive-bombing nightly was a new site for all of us and we spent hours gazing at the horizon.
