Host quickly responded when I had any questions before and during my stay. I had trouble getting the shower to give me hot water. It is a steep hill to/from the apartment to get to the beach and restaurants for those that may have mobility issues. The biggest issue for us was that there was not in fact a “sofa bed” or a “double futon” in the unit as the verbiage in the listing stated in a couple different places, but instead a queen size air mattress in the top of the bedroom closet that we had to blow up and deflate daily for my daughter to use.
