“The hotel is very clean and the cleaning staff are extremely nice. The building looks new. Another good thing is that there is wifi. The bad parts though are non-working air conditioning which can make the room very hot, some staff in the reception looked annoyed and finally: how the restaurant works. "Wonderful place right on Zocalo square with lovely rooftop restaurant, living up to advertised expectations. Friendly and very helpful staff. Also quiet to my surprise, even with window facing daytime busy street. We could sleep with window open :-) Free water and cafe for hotel guests adds to the benefits. Overall a great experience."
