Hotell nära Reno-Sparks Convention Center

“Everything was perfect!!! I’m shocked they don’t charge more. Steven at the front desk was our favorite person there! All the staff is great but Steven really went above and beyond! Breakfast, rooms, bar lounge and pool was fabulous!! The only problem I had was that there was no fan in the bathroom and the lights weren’t as bright in there too. Other than that, we will be back for sure!!!”

“The rooms were clean and comfortable, staff was friendly and the location was great for the convention center.”

“Linen had slight odor. This was the only issue. Otherwise everything else was excellent. Breakfast was good.”

“Shower did not work. The other clientele at the premises made me feel unsafe”

“It was so strange , there wasn’t anyone on the front desk , You were speaking to a keyos . And that guy was useless , he didn’t show any instructions where my room was , I walked out back and walked under the level 2 entrance area and this huge dog came out barking like he was in a mission . The wiener came out screaming at the dog and cursing him , and all you could smell was weed . It was an awful experience. When i finally found my room ,people were so noisy . I ask the guy on the keyios...

“What a treat, we really enjoyed this property. It was well appointed and very quiet. Close to many dining, shopping and entertainment options. The breakfast offered had all the options we could have wanted. If any note to management, I would say that you're doing great; and could you please upgrade your bathroom tissue to a product more in keeping with the high end vibe of the property? A small item in a stellar visit! We will definitely stay here again!”

“Eric at the front desk was very helpful, and the room was great with easy access to free parking, and great breakfast.”
