Hotell nära Washoe County

“.”

“Room was clean, pillows smelled musty as in "boy oil", or other people's sweat. Heater was noisy. Room, halls, elevator, lobby, and food area were overall clean, full kitchen was a nice feature. A hotel of that size however, should definately have more than 2 luggage racks. On our way out, we were on a time limit and ended up carrying our luggage out. It took us 3 trips to the second floor, and we are old.”

“Shower did not work. The other clientele at the premises made me feel unsafe”

“I like that the communication was good through the expedia app to contact our accommodations for the studio. Room was very small but clean. Room got extremely hot at night even w fan and air running but air turned off when sleeping. Made for a very hard time resting. Had to take all bedding off to sleep comfortably. Hard children crying late at night after 10pm 11pm.glad it was clean tho”

“There was box elder Beatles on me when I woke up. There was a few dead ones on the bathroom floor and the batteries in the tv remote were dead.”

“Great location Nice clean modern room. Great staff. Near a Mall and shopping. Very nice stay.”

“Best place I've stayed so far in Reno. Will definitely be our normal stop on our way to Oregon.”

“Nice property and thoughtful when it came to being above an event space/bar. The location is just great as its right across from the bus station and many homeless in the area. Otherwise, very cute boutique hotel.”
