“Such a unique place to stay. Loved the vibe, loved the room. Decor is very cool and lots of thoughtful touches to make you feel welcome. Midtown is up and coming and it can be loud at night with the cruising and loud stereos but we were so relaxed in our room it didn’t bother us at all. We weren’t aware of the sauna until check out but the front office staff were kind enough to give us the code so we could check it out before we left. The sauna is an absolute vibe. “This was the perfect hotel. The only thing is that the front desk controlled the air but you could call and ask them to turn it down and they did. Love this hotel I will be back”

“The front desk staff were really friendly from the moment we walked in and always very accommodating throughout our stay. The room was perfect for us and even provided a great view of the fireworks coming from the Silver Legacy on July 4th. It's an older hotel but for the price, it was really good. Pretty close to the Riverwalk as well so the location was convenient. Free parking worked out well too.”

“The breakfast was great. There was some confusion regarding the room deposit and with parking. We were double charged for parking which had to be corrected. The room deposit was deducted 3 different times from our credit card which is suppose to be refunded next week.”

“The hotel was conveniently located close to the motorway and an outlet. The room was fine, what you expecit really. There were brown stains on the toilet seat so it obviously hadn't been cleaned, aside from that everything else seemed pretty clean.”

“Both tenants didn't like the fact that the mattress in this room was very old. The springs were popping, the bed was so hard (and we both like firm beds) but this was like sleeping on the floor. The pillows were smaller than a standard twin pillow and they were very hard. They has 6 small pillows on the bed. Woke up tired and with a headache and stiff back. Usually you can't get me out of motels beds so comfortable but this bed terrible.”

“EXPEDIA SHOULD NOT RECOMMEND A HOTEL WHILE THERE IS RENOVATION GOING ON. Terrible property to spend a night. Small room, very inadequate bathroom and shower. It’s next to the highway, more like a truck stop so many 18 wheelers, construction material visible, dumpster and pallets, not a safe location. If you need a clean, safe and comfortable check it out before booking. Doesn’t deserve more than 1 star.”

“We tried to check in and couldn't get into the room. The code we were given got us into the building. But the code to get into our room wouldn't open the door. After trying multiple times without success, we tried contacting Hotels.com to get advice. We were unable to reach a real person for help. Since we needed to have a room for the night, we got a room at Comfort Suites instead. We're extremely frustrated and will be seeking a refund for this room we were unable to use.”
