“We enjoyed our stay - great communication from host, very reasonable rate, and overall experience was positive. This carriage house is rustic with exposed original wood beams, steep rudimentary staircase, sloping floors, etc. Downstairs is open area for kitchen/dining/living room, with a laundry room and a bathroom. Upstairs there are two generous bedrooms that share a small bathroom. ”

“My dog and I loved our stay at The Kings Cottage. Close enough to town to be accessible (1 mile) but removed enough to feel calm. We appreciated all of the small touches — welcome basket, loads of games, hammock, and dog dish station. Would definitely stay again!”

Property was as advertised I would stay the living dining area open concept very clean modern all updated 4. This location is lake living in a perfectly central located area you can take Route 9 along lake saratoga for 15 min up to the track or go 1/2 down the road to Browns beach for swimming and ice cream...
