“Stayed one night in August. Nice location downtown Anchorage. Maybe nejds some updating but it is clean and comfortable. I had boken two nights but had to leave early due cancellations by airline and I could do that without any charges. That is professional.”

“Can't really review too much as we showed up to our reservation to be informed that the entire hotel is shut down as a COVID quarantining site. No email or notice. Luckily we were able to get in at the Hotel Captain Cook which was fabulous. No way to email or easily message hotels.com so I will be phoning them now that I am home and have time to inform them what's happening with this hotel.”

“Very newly remodeled (I suppose since the change from to Wildburch) which is nice. Clean and modern. This hotel is "long" which means if you are at the east end you are walking a long ways, just heads up. The coffee shop was nice and convenient. We felt safe in the area, the staff were friendly and attentive. We would stay here again.”
