"Booked a Double Room Deluxe with the terrace but in the end we got a smaller room with a "french balcony". Meanwhile we also asked for an extra bed before arrival in the room (with a confirmation from the hotel 9 months ago that it should be fine), when arrived no extra-bed was in the room, not even 3h after check-in. When the extra bed finally arrived after talking with the reception, it surprisingly was just a mattress on the floor! To add, a bottle of wine was also mention to be in the room, not even that was added, neither after we commented it at the 2nd day. Room wasn´t even cleaned after our first night!"
