“Beach is terrible ”

“This property is spectacular, the view is the best in the island, and the amenities are great. You get 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms, with full kitchen, washer dryer, a great balcony and even a terrace. They provide cooler and beach chairs which is very convenient. You have a private grill, and shared infinity pool and hottub overlooking Coral Bay. The drive to the beaches is 10-20 min. Overall a great place to be.”

“Thoughtful to have bug swatters, dart boards, honor system drinks/snacks, sunscreen/bug spray. Couches/chairs/hammocks decks were great and Frisbee golf hole/discs!”

“The space was nice and open with a balcony in the front and the back. Beach chairs and towels and a cooler were provided (though the property does not have beach access). Parking was easy enough … for St. John; such steep hills!”

“Really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful views on the quieter side of the island. Property has lovely gardens, beautiful to see and very attractive to birds (one of our key interests). We saw 18 “life” species on the island, 14 of which we saw from the expansive deck. Hosts were very personable, with good recommendations on places to bird, eat and snorkel. It helped that they had snorkel equipment and beach towels for our use. Property was very clean and had everything we needed for a great stay....

“If you love nature and like to be away from it all this is the place! The only sounds we heard were birds. Charming. Comfortable. Far out enough to feel like you are the only people on the island but close enough to Coral Bay Restaurants, Beaches and Grocery stores. No TV. Good WiFi though. Had Friday night Barbecue Ribs to die for from the nearby food truck called Local Delights. Also nearby is The Concordia for drinks overlooking the water. Not crowded. Mary is a wonderful host. “Great place ”

“Everything about this property and our stay was outstanding. Communications with the property manager were super efficient and welcoming, the views were stunning, the house was super clean and even more spacious than the photos show. The house was well equipped with basic necessities, like laundry soap, bug spray, beach gear and a large assortment of games for us to play in the evenings after the little ones were in bed. The location could not have been better, far away from the hustle and...

“Good place to rest and relax, a little tricky to find at first but overall nice. Great communication with the manager and all issues were addressed quickly. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“Tommy was great to work with. Loved being able to walk to the beach. Great for sunsets. Cottage worked great for us. Note that there is no view from the cottage. It’s tucked away. If you’re looking for a place with a view this is not it. Also note the Peter Bay beach is small (narrow). Great for sitting in chairs. Not great for swimming (too rocky). But this worked for us. Enjoyed our stay.”
