âNice hotel a few km outside of Chania.
Well kept hotel with super nice staff!!
Our biggest concern is that the sunchairs by the beach are extremely uncomfortable! Many of us who go there go to hang by the beach but the comfort was definitely not there. As always the good comfy chairs by the pools were taken by the early birds at 7.30 AM.....
For such an expensive hotel you would expect them to invest a little bit more in the comfortable beach chairs. â

âWonderful property with incredibly helpful staff. We arrived before check in time but they greeted us warmly. Our original room had stairs which might be difficult for us to navigate at night so they changed our room. The new room wasn't immediately available but they quickly finished the cleaning for us. We had lots of questions and they had lots of answers about things to do and places to go. We were told that if we needed reservations for a restaurant, they could help and we'd be treated...

âWe couldnât be happier with our stay. We travelled with our 7mo baby and were upgraded to a beautiful suite with a private pool. The staff are all fantastic and genuinely happy and welcoming. The rooms are clean, big and bed is super comfortable. Breakfast is good and drinks in the bar are delicious. We also had a deep tissue couples massage in the spa which was fantastic. Would definitely come back. Walking distance to a few restaurants but if you are looking for a more lively location I...

âSehr liebes Personal, super schöne Anlage, sehr sauber und entzĂŒckende Babykatzen - die unseren Aufenthalt heimeliger gemacht haben.
Wenn wir wieder nach Kreta NĂ€he Chania kommen, dann bestimmt wieder in dieses Hotel. Sehr zu empfehlen. â
